MSc Organisational Behaviour

After 10 years in the Royal Navy followed by time working as a broker in the London commercial insurance and re-insurance market, Simon has accumulated 25 years of experience contributing to the people, leadership and organisation development agenda.
A variety of development roles in major organisations, most recently Rolls-Royce plc, have given him exposure to manufacturing, engineering, operations/supply chain management and financial services in the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, North America and Asia.

Simon’s primary areas of expertise are in change and improvement, team and leadership development and talent/succession management.

This has included the design and facilitation of:

  • Change and business improvement programmes
  • Executive team development
  • Management and Leadership development programmes
  • Executive Coaching
  • Management conferences and company-wide activities in support of major organisational change and lean/six-sigma programmes
  • Talent and succession management processes
  • Organisation design

Simon builds relationships and credibility at all levels in an organisation and is keen to ensure that solutions being developed and implemented are both grounded in sound research and best practice, whilst at the same time being highly pragmatic and accessible.
