Sean has 24 years experience across Aerospace, Energy, Defence and Supply Chain sectors. He has a strong reputation for people development, change and engagement solutions, and working with both deep specialists and business leadership teams in manufacturing, engineering and operations management fields.

He has worked mainly for Rolls-Royce during this time but has also worked for other Engineering and Aerospace Companies. This has led Sean to operate across the UK, and in Germany, Israel and North America.

Sean’s talents are focussed around thought leadership in people development and engagement with a view to maximising potential. Innovative and creative thought are hallmarks expressed in change and engagement, talent management, team and leadership development.
